Sixth Form Executive Committee

For the past 25 years, the Sixth Form student body has been represented by its Executive Committee. Students are invited to apply for a position on the Committee before a formal election is held. Speaking with passion to their peers, the candidates portray their vision for the Sixth Form during their time as Chair. A secret ballot is then held and a formal announcement made.

Regular meetings are held to discuss how the Sixth Form could be improved from a student perspective before ideas and suggestions are delivered to Director, Mr Lawton.

The Committee is absolutely vital in the running of the Sixth Form. Ensuring we are doing all we can for our students is aided by the work that they do. Events, fundraisers, decorative changes, new equipment; whatever it may be, we welcome all of their suggestions and do all we can to accommodate them.
