SMA TV

This term has seen several of our boys appear on national television! First we were approached by the makers of Hollyoaks to provide a choir for a wedding scene, and a number of boys in Year X duly obliged. The experience for them was invaluable, and they were great ambassadors for the school too — well done!

Not to be outdone, our Year 7 football team appeared on Sky Sports just a few days ago. Their National Cup match against an Academy from Manchester was chosen as 'tie of the round' and thus was filmed and broadcast last weekend. Once again, our boys were great ambassadors for the school and won the tie 8-3 — congratulations!

Given these appearances, perhaps we should now consider having our own TV channel — SMA TV, anyone?!
