It is with great sadness that I must advise you that, after a short illness, Randall Enoch passed away peacefully at his home yesterday. Randall was very proud to be the 7th Headmaster of St Margaret's, serving the school with great distinction from 1982 to 1995.
The school flourished under his leadership, and became increasingly known for being at the forefront of many educational initiatives - for example, Randall led St Margaret's to grant-maintained status in the 1990s and he was awarded the OBE for Services to Education in the 1995 New Year's Honours List. He is still remembered with great affection by those who knew him, and his legacy will live on in our school for many years to come.
I am sure that his family, friends and colleagues would appreciate your thoughts and prayers at this time.
