St Margaret’s C of E Academy is committed to providing a caring and safe environment for all students so that they can learn in a secure atmosphere. Bullying of any kind is unacceptable in our Academy. If bullying does occur, all students should feel able to tell and know that incidents will be dealt with promptly and effectively. Anyone who knows that bullying is happening is expected to tell the staff.
Reporting Bullying
Every student deserves to feel safe and happy at St Margaret’s. If you are being bullied, or see someone being bullied, you can report it in the following ways:
- Talk to any member of staff
- Talk to a peer mentor or prefect

If you feel like you cannot report bullying in any of the above ways, talk to anyone you can trust. It could be a parent, another family member, a close friend or coach / group leader. They will be able to support you. Never struggle alone.
