To mark World Book Day, we invited a cohort of Year 5 students from Childwall C of E Primary School to browse through the books in the Resource Centre. 3 Year 7 students, Anthony, Yanni and Alfie and Carl (Year 10) showed the boys around our library of 6,000 books, sharing their favourite authors and stimulating their love of books.
Resource Centre Manager, Miss Haworth, said :"It was wonderful to welcome such a bunch of enthusiastic readers. Our boys were terrific retelling their favourite stories to the primary students."
