This year, from September 26th to October 2nd, our school took part along with 193 other schools in the Vocab Express European Day of Languages Championship. This is an annual event as part of the European Day of Languages celebration. In school, we have a delicious menu from our diner which features a different dish from other European countries every day for a week. Our teachers also participate by "adopting" a country which has a particular meaning for them. The students can ask the teachers about their choice of country and why it means so much to them. The Vocab Express Championship this year placed our students in 12th place out of 194 schools taking part! Over 6.2 million questions were answered by 16,000 students from 194 schools during the seven days of the championship, so this is a fantastic achievement by our school. Very well done boys!
