Drawing the first half term to a close was the ever successful Annual Fancy Dress Football tournament, contested by our very enthusiastic Year 12 students.
With some creative thinking and an eye for fashion, our students put on a terrific display. Costumes ranged from “Convicts” to “A Bag Full of Skittles”, “Nuns” to “Hippies”; this wasn’t one to be missed.
A big well done must go to the Year 13 Committee for organising the event, to Adam for technical assistance, to the referees and to all who took part in a great afternoon of fun.
The 2014 winners, Nunderland beat Trannier Rovers 2-0 as the final whistle was blown. Congratulations to the winning team of; Matthew, Connor, Perry, Matthew, Marc and Michael whose “Nunderland” lifted the Trophy.
