Ford Motor Company Executive Vice President, Global Manufacturing and Labour Affairs thoroughly enjoyed visiting his old school (1963-1968) and meeting staff, students and governors. Following a tour of the building he took part in a Q & A panel with the students and many had questions for him. He urged our young people to develop their interpersonal skills, and to contribute to society, as well as, achieving academically. He spoke of the value of languages, (He speaks German) especially in a global company where you need to talk to the people on the ground who are actually building the vehicles for example in China.
