In the Spring Term, the Parents' Association funded the purchase of a full Samba Drum kit for the Music department. The 30-piece drum kit can be used by a whole class, when they are exploring different cultures within music. Due to its popularity a new Samba Band has been formed. They rehearse at lunchtimes, and their debut performance was at the Annual Spring Concert. We look forward to hearing more from them in the future!
