Anti-Bullying Work Nationally Recognised

St Margaret’s entered a National Anti-Bullying competition, organised by the Princess Diana Award before Christmas and we are elated to be awarded second place! The Diana Award wrote back to the school commenting “As a team we really enjoyed reading your entry and felt that you captured all of your schools positivity very well. The hard work from your students really stood out to us. You showed your whole school taking a stand against bullying and working together as a part of an inspirational team.”

As a Christian school, St Margaret’s uses the teachings of Jesus Christ, and the core values set in the Bible, to work together to prevent bullying. We are delighted to receive second place out of schools across the country! As a reward, the students involved with our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors program will have a Skype call with a celebrity Anti-Bullying Ambassador, in the near future!
